Question
Why and how marketers target teens and what elements within a
brand make them most successful to their desired target.
Why
This links to Unit 9 as I am creating a public health programme/ brand aimed at young teens and therefore would be beneficial for me to know how appeal to my target market and what elements to include in executing my brand.
How
I will look into the top 3 most popular brands for teens and find a connection to what makes them successful. I will also look into the 3 most unpopular brands for teens and find where they have lacked, as I have previously researched, the market of brands that teens usually fall into the most are Music, Media, Sports and Communication.
Looking at books and websites for teen advertising, teen branding.
